Chocokoo bean-to-bar chocolate bars are made only from the finest exotic cocoa beans, sourced from the plantations of responsible farmers in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Haiti, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. In the manufacture of bonbons and truffles we use high-quality French couverture chocolate from Valrhona.
Our distinctive fruit purée, caramel and chocolate fillings are made using unique recipes and have received recognition at prestigious international competitions. Our products have been recognised at the International Chocolate Awards and the Academy of Chocolate for unique flavours such as chanterelle, baked apple and Calvados, and bergamot bonbons, as well as our El Salvador, Costa Rica and Vietnam chocolate bars.
