In the truffle-making workshop, we talk about cacao, make truffle ganache, temper chocolate, roll truffles, decorate them and pack them. Everyone gets their craftwork to go.

In the chocolate bar-making workshop, we talk about cacao, pour chocolate into moulds, decorate chocolate bars, make chocolate lollipops and pack the finished treats. Everyone gets their craftwork to go.
