Chocokoo ‘bean-to-bar’ chocolate bars are made from only the best exotic cocoa beans which originate from responsible farmers’ plantations in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Haiti, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. In the manufacture of bonbons and truffles we use high-quality French couverture chocolate from Valrhona.
Melt-in-the-mouth and specific fruit purée, caramel and chocolate fillings are made according to our unique recipes and have earned many titles from reputable international competitions. We have been recognized at the prestigious International Chocolate Awards and Academy of Chocolate competitions for our unique flavours such as chanterelle, baked apple-calvados and bergamot chocolate candies, and El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Vietnam chocolate bars.
