We have developed the gelato recipes based on our most popular chocolates. We use whole milk in the preparation and do not use eggs.

The chocolate-flavored gelato is made with our bean-to-bar Peruvian 85% dark chocolate.

The salted caramel bonbon is one of our most popular. Gelato has also acquired a characteristic taste from it.

Since the bergamot bonbon is internationally awarded, we had to put it into gelato as well. Bergamot-flavored gelato is sorbet-like and pleasantly sour.

We serve gelato in glass bowls or cups. The price of 2 scoops is 4€.
