The cacao beans of this chocolate bar originate from Haitian social enterprise PISA (Produits del Iles SA), network of smallholder farmers in the North of Haiti producing high quality agricultural products.

The chocolate has distinct notes of coffee, caramel and citruses. Cacao beans have organic certificate.

Haiti PISA 82% won Academy of Chocolate Awards 2021 silver medal.

Ingredients: roasted cacao beans, unrefined cane sugar, cacao butter.
