Truffle making workshops for adults
First we talk about cacao, make ganache, temper the chocolate, roll, decorate and pack the truffles. Everyone gets their craftwork to go.
The workshop lasts about 2,5h. The minimum number of participants is 4. The fee is 45€ per person.
Workshops usually take place on weekday evenings from 18.00.
Chocolate bar making workshops for kids
First we talk about cacao. Then we temper, mould and decorate the chocolate. We make chocolate lollipops. We pack all the chocolate we made. Everyone gets their craftwork to go.
The workshop lasts about 2,5h. The minimum number of participants is 4. The fee is 33€ per child.
Workshops usually take place on weekday evenings from 18.00.
